No smoking
Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the property. Smoking inside our premises will result in a £150 charge to the card details provided for the security deposit. Please feel free to use the outside areas and the ashtray provided.
No drugs
The possession or use of illegal drugs at the property is strictly forbidden. Guests who breach this rule will be required to leave the property immediately and will be charged £300 using the card details provided for the security deposit.
No parties or events
Guests are not permitted to host parties or events at the property. Any party or event held without Airlude’s prior written consent will result in a £250 charge to the card details provided for the security deposit.
No pets
Guests must not bring or allow pets into the property. A pet found inside the premises will result in a £150 charge to the card details provided for the security deposit.
Respect our neighbours
Please be respectful of local residents and neighbours, and keep noise to a reasonable level after 10:00 pm.
At the end of your stay
Please leave the property in a reasonable condition and make sure you have taken all your belongings with you.
Keys and access codes
Please take extra care of your keys. Do not give the keys or access code to anyone else during your stay.
Furniture and furnishings
Please do not rearrange the furniture, and take care of all furnishings throughout your stay.
